USA orders: Due to the sensitivity of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
International Orders: Shipping internationally is complex, once an order is shipped, all international orders are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds/ Credits (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or Credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you are receiving a Credit, it will be issued to you.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with your request for further instructions.
Shipping (when applicable):
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
