RETURNS
USA orders: Due to the sensitivity of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
International Orders: Shipping internationally is complex, once an order is shipped, all international orders are final. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
If your order has not been shipped you may cancel your order for a full refund including shipping cost. To cancel order please contact us immediately.
Refunds/ Credits (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or Credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you are receiving a Credit, it will be issued to you.
Sale items:
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with your request for further instructions.
Shipping (when applicable):
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we receive your returned item.

TRAINING
Online Training: Dates are available monthly.
• Complimentary Training: Certain devices include free online training with purchase.
• In-Person Training: Available for an additional fee if not included with your device. Scheduling is subject to instructor and location availability.
Licensing Notice: Completion of Fibroblast USA training does not replace state or local licensing requirements. Practitioners are responsible for compliance within their legal scope of practice.

WARRANTY
All devices include a one (1) year limited warranty covering verified manufacturer defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumables or accessories
• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
Proof of purchase and device serial number are required for all claims.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Approximately 5–7 business days from ship date, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.
• Carriers Used: UPS, USPS, and DHL.
• Delivery Address: Please provide a secure address where deliveries can be safely received.
Signature Requirements:
• Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery, unless formally waived via email to fibroblastusa@yahoo.com.
• All devices require a signature — no exceptions.
