Salon Spa Equipment Payment Policies
All purchases of Equipment, products and education must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Spa Source the home of Fibroblast USA also offers many different financing options through our partner lenders.
CODs are not accepted.
- Online or in-person Education, Classes and Webinars are non-refundable.
- Special order items, discounted equipment or other items that are not in stock, require a 50 percent deposit with the balance due prior to delivery or pick up of merchandise. Items that remain in our warehouse must be picked up or shipped within three weeks of purchase. Customer will be charged storage fees of no less than $50 per day if a salon trolley or any other items are held in our facilities before that time.
- After special orders are in production, the customer is fully responsible for paying the balance. If the order is cancelled, it will result in total forfeiture of deposit. Custom orders of salon or day spa equipment cannot be returned.
- All returned checks will be charged an additional $35 plus all bank and services charges.
Liability Release:
I understand and agree that Spa Source the home of Fibroblast USA or any of its employees, owners, agent, or any in part there off are absolved and held harmless from all injuries or losses resulting in any way from purchase, use, possession, distribution, sale, resale, transportation, handling and/or storing of any of our merchandise or service ordered.
Damage / Defects:
- Damage / Defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- Client must have the original packaging with tracking number of the carrier in order to process the damage complaint. Damage complaints without original packaging and tracking number will not be entertained.
- Client must open and check all items and note any damage before signing shipping paperwork. Shipping damage reported after the fact will not be accepted.
- Replacements will be sent out only upon confirmation and receipt of the original damaged item.
- Only items with manufacturing defects or with damages due to improper shipping will be replaced.
- Damages due to the improper use of the equipment are not eligible for replacement.
- We reserve the right to make exceptions to this based on situation, carrier or client.
- All items for repair must be brought or shipped to our facilities.
Equipment Exchanges, Returns & Refunds (if applicable)
- All returned products will incur a 25 percent restocking/reconditioning fee.
- All merchandise such as a massage bed or facial unit must be returned in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit. Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
- Refunds - Credits will be given within 7 days from the original date of purchase. All credits or refunds are given in a form of a in-house credit only. Exchanges will be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Custom orders CANNOT be returned for any reason whatsoever.
- All refunds issued will be less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- All returns must be approved by Spa Source the home of Fibroblast USA before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RA# number.
Chargebacks:
All credit card transactions (payments) are final once completed. Buyer waives all rights to charge back credit card payments.
By placing an order, the customer understands and agrees to the all of the Terms and Conditions with no exception. Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All Show and School Sales and Prices are Final. No refunds.
You understand and agree that by placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions as stated in this agreement, for every purchase past, present or future including but not limited to any orders made by telephone, website, or personally.

1. Scope of Offerings
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases of Fibroblast USA professional and consumer products, including but not limited to aesthetic devices, consumables, skincare formulations, digital goods, memberships, training programs, educational events, consulting services, and financing options (collectively, “Offerings”).

2. Orders, Payments, Financing, and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, tariffs, duties, and shipping costs.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Fibroblast USA to charge the full amount to your selected payment method, including any applicable recurring or installment payments.
In-House Financing:
Fibroblast USA may, at its discretion, offer in-house financing to qualified buyers. All financing is subject to approval, a signed payment agreement, and valid identification. Buyers must adhere to the payment schedule stated in their financing contract.
• Late Payments: Late payments are subject to immediate late-fee assessment without grace period.
• Default: Accounts over thirty (30) days past due will be considered delinquent, and Fibroblast USA reserves the right to repossess financed equipment and pursue legal collection remedies.
Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees. A courtesy consumable may be included with international shipments to offset such costs.

3. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted for any Offering, including devices, consumables, digital materials, memberships, or training programs.
Mandatory statutory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Warranty and Device Support
Fibroblast USA provides a one (1) year limited warranty covering verified manufacturer defects under normal, intended use.
Warranty excludes:
• Misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumables, accessories, and damage caused by improper storage or use
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase, serial number, and photo or video documentation of the defect.
Fibroblast USA may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refer the item to the manufacturer for service.

5. Training and Certification
• Online Training: Dates are available monthly. Certain devices include complimentary online training with the purchase of the device.
• In-Person Training: If not included with purchase, optional in-person training is available for an additional fee and scheduled based on trainer and location availability.
Completion of training does not grant legal authorization to perform aesthetic treatments. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to comply with all state and local licensing requirements before performing professional services.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and subscription-based programs renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. No partial or prorated refunds are issued. Access is personal, non-transferable, and contingent on timely payment and compliance with company policies.

7. Events and Educational Seminars
Event and training registrations are non-refundable. Transfers or rescheduling may be permitted based on availability and event terms.
If Fibroblast USA cancels or postpones an event, the Buyer will receive a comparable credit or refund of the event ticket cost only (excluding travel or lodging).
Attendance constitutes consent to photography, recording, and marketing use unless written notice of refusal is submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All devices, materials, manuals, graphics, videos, and training content provided by Fibroblast USA are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. Buyer is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or professional internal use only.
Duplication, resale, distribution, or reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
All shipments are made through UPS, USPS, or DHL, at Fibroblast USA’s discretion.
• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Allow 5–7 business days from ship date unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.
• Safe Delivery: Buyers must provide an address where items can be safely received.
• Signature Requirements:
• Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery, unless a formal waiver request is submitted via email to fibroblastusa@yahoo.com.
• All devices require a mandatory signature upon delivery—no exceptions.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer once the order is accepted by the carrier. Buyers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours.

10. Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must receive prior written approval from Fibroblast USA.
Due to the professional-grade nature of these products, returns are only accepted in the event of a verified manufacturer defect.
All approved returns must:
• Be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation.
• Be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code (RMA) obtained from Fibroblast USA prior to shipping.
• Be shipped in the same secure manner received, using a traceable carrier.
Unauthorized returns, used products, or items returned without RMA approval will be rejected and sent back at the sender’s expense.

11. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Force Majeure
Fibroblast USA’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Offering at issue.
In no event shall Fibroblast USA be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Fibroblast USA harmless from any loss, liability, or claim arising from misuse, unlicensed practice, or breach of applicable law.
Fibroblast USA shall not be liable for delays or nonperformance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, supply disruptions, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law and Entire Agreement
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive venue in Los Angeles County, California.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Buyer and Fibroblast USA and supersedes all prior communications or understandings.
